d3 Valet Location

Valtrans and d3 have partnered to provide a comprehensive valet service for the d3 community. The service is open for both daily usage as well as for either a monthly or yearly membership for guests and partners at d3.

The valet service is located on the road between buildings 7 & 11. There are more valet drop off areas coming up soon.

 

Hours of Operations

The valet service operates daily from 10am to 10pm. Any vehicle parked with the Valet service after closing (10pm) will need to be retrieved from d3 Security by providing a valid ticket and identification.

 

Daily Charges

VIP Valet Service
The VIP Valet Service ensures your car is parked at the Valet station for prompt retrieval. There is a 60Dhs. charge for first 3 hours and then a subsequent charge of 20Dhs. per hour for every additional hour.

Standard Valet Service
There is a 30Dhs. charge for first 3 hours and then a subsequent charge of 10Dhs. per hour for every additional hour.

 

Pre-Paid Valet Service

Pre-Paid Valet Vouchers may be purchased which can then be given to guests and clients who can retrieve their vehicle without having to pay. Please contact Francis Ambrose (francis@valtrans.org) on 055-6234766 for more information on prepared vouchers. Vouchers can be purchased in books of 100.

VIP Valet Service
There is a 50Dhs. charge for first 3 hours.

Standard Valet Service
There is a 25Dhs. charge for first 3 hours.

 

Membership

Valtrans provide monthly and yearly valet memberships with two options, the first uses the business partners reserved parking space should they have one and the second utilise Valtrans dedicated parking spaces.

  • Monthly Membership at Client own parking spaces – 350 Dhs. per Month
  • Yearly Membership at Client own parking spaces – 3,500 Dhs. per Year
  • Monthly Membership at valet parking spaces – 1,800 Dhs. per Month
  • Yearly Membership at valet parking spaces – 18,000 Dhs. per Year

Terms & Conditions

Vehicles are accepted by the Service Provider for parking only. The Service Provider will assume no liability for fire, theft or damage in any case, except if it is the fault of the staff of the Service Provider. In no event will the Service Provider assume liability for damage or injury sustained through faulty brakes or other equipment failure. All claims for adjustments by the d3’s customers must be presented before a vehicle leaves the facility. The Service Provider is not responsible for articles left in vehicles, including but not limited to Mobile ‘Phones, Lap Top Computers, CDs, Cassette Tapes and Jewellery.
